Sometimes you might get a grey screen in the browser when trying to login to the platform. This is usually related to cached cookies.
To resolve this you can try one of the following solutions:
- You can go to https://my.hay01.gdaas.com/logout (notice the /logout at the end)
- Open an incognito internet window and try to login
- Or Clear your cached cookies/browser history
