Known issue: Mobile devices touch input

Summary

Cloudalize Desktop doesn't correctly redirect the touch inputs to the Dekstop.

Symptoms

When your Desktop is launched from a mobile device, it's possible that the touch inputs aren't correctly redirected to your Desktop.
This is mostly the case while viewing a model in game-engine based 3D software (Unity, Unreal Engine ...).

Resolution

To fix this issue, you can switch to Multi-touch mode. This is possible in the Citrix Receiver app and in any HTML5 browser.

By default, the session would be in Panning mode where all the gestures are applied on the desktop. You can switch between Multi-touch mode and Panning mode using the button  in the toolbar.
